Auxetic Chess is a chess set that can transform to play a new chess variation. The whole board is Print in Place and you can store the pieces inside the board.

There are 2 versions. A magnetic version that I recommend and a nonmagnetic version.
You will need to buy 96 5x3mm magnets. Like these, but you don't have to buy these exact ones as long as the dimensions are the same.

You need

A board. Either the magnetic version or the nonmagnetic version.
Pieces in both colors:
16 Pawns
4 Rooks
4 Bishops
4 Knights
2 Kings
2 Queens
6 Screws They are used to close the board.

Print Settings

Everything prints with standard settings, no Supports.

Assembly

There is no assembly. The board is print in place.

Technical Data

One board takes roughly 550g of filament.
You will need a print area of 236 by 236 mm plus a purge tower. Perfect Bambu Size.
